We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize our website’s search engine performance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with experience in keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities
- Optimize website content for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL structure, etc.)
- Manage off-page SEO activities including link building, citations, and outreach
- Monitor and improve technical SEO aspects such as site speed, mobile friendliness, indexing, and crawl errors
- Work closely with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Identify and fix SEO issues related to duplicate content, broken links, redirects, and schema markup
- Stay updated with latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
- Support local SEO efforts including Google Business Profile optimization (if applicable)
- Prepare monthly SEO reports and provide actionable insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive or SEO Specialist
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Experience in content optimization and SEO-friendly content guidelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
